Overview

The Overview page greets you by name and shows:

  • waiting for your approval (approvers only), with a Review link;
  • changes in flight: requests awaiting approval or approved but not yet deployed;
  • the number of firewalls and management domains (shown as "FortiGates in N ADOMs"), and how many are unreachable;
  • audit findings across N policies;
  • Rule base health: a bar of findings by severity, a chip per finding type (click one to open the filtered findings), and up to six critical or high findings;
  • Your requests, or Recent requests if you have none;
  • New rule request (requesters).

Offline snapshots are not counted on the Overview.

License banner

A banner across the top of every page appears when the FireSight license needs attention:

  • during a grace period, with the date new deployments stop;
  • when new deployments are stopped;
  • for administrators only, in the last seven days of an evaluation.

Administrators see a License settings link in the banner. Other people see the state and dates only. See Licensing.

Dates and times

Lists show relative times such as 5 min ago or 3 days ago; older items show the date. Detail views show the date and time in your browser's time zone.
